After a bit of research I bought this PF because I had good success with a previous trouble free model of Nissan truck. I was expecting to do a few upgrades to get it to offroad capable but even without some of those installed yet it still seems like a good choice for a trouble free gasoline fueled small SUV type of vehicle.

One trip to Lake Tahoe last winter in my 2004 Scion Xb was all it took to convince me to get the Pathfinder. Not enough room, not enough power and it was a pain in the rear trying to get the snow chains on. With my 2007 SE 4x4, all problems associated with the Scion are a moot point. Still have the Scion for my wife but I love the PF!
