99 & 91 PF

Postby headsup » Fri Sep 12, 2014 1:16 pm

Hi,
I just bought a lovely 1991 PF to replace the very rusted 1999 PF.
Might I assume the wheel bolt pattern is the same, so I can keep my rims and tires from the 99?
anything else? Motor? drive train etc?
The 1999 is a fine vehicle, just rusted out very badly and too far gone to bring back (rear and front panels.
advice?
Thanks

Bolt patterns were the same up through 2004. The 91 has a 3.0L vs. the 99's 3.3L, both VG motors. You can use one in the other, but there are a few changes that need to be made. Depending on what transmission you have, it might be usable. You might be able to swap the seats, as well. Obviously, body parts are completely different.
