go to
http://npora.ipbhost.com/
you'll find more info that you ever wanted to know there

4x4parts.com sells 3" body lifts, I would research suspension lifts at the site I listed above

Incan find a 3" suspicion lift by calamini for close to 1000. The weak aftermarket support of the suspension on these models is due to the independent suspension system. You would need to make pricy mods such as a sas to do any better

you can do a 3" body lift and a 3" suspension lift and fit 33's. Trailmaster made a 4" suspension lift, not sure if they still do, thats as good as your gonna get with the IFS

If you want to lift it higher. You need a lift kit and a lift support.

I bought one of those 3" suspension kits from 4x4parts.com and have had nothing but issues with my IFS since. Im having binding issues when im in 4 wheel drive, and I've replaced my cv's three or four times now. If you dont want to be trashing CV's every 3 months then save yourself the headache and go with the body lift or do it right and go with the SAS. Im saving up for a SAS so I NEVER have to deal with independent front suspensions again.
