I'm just starting to do mods on my '91 Pathy and I'm trying to find ways to add more power (HP). Being that I'm in CA, it's difficult to find parts due to the strict emission laws.
Anyone know where I can start? point me in the right direction?
I'm looking to change the air intake, headers, exhaust, etc... and keep it CA legal.
