1995 3.0 v-6 is it a valve bender when timing belt breaks?

Title asks it all do the 95 3.0's bend valves when the belt breaks?

yes they are interference motors. Mine broke doing about 10 mph in second gear down a grass trail. I bent 1 valve. Lucky from what I have read about.

The are interference motors and they "can" bend valves, but don't always bend them. Often when it breaks is a determining factor. If you were driving when it broke, it probably bent valves. If you were starting the vehicle when it broke, there's a chance that it didn't.
