No codes, engine kicking/riding rough

So I really don't know how to explain this but I have a 97 Pathy 4x4 Manual... When I am coasting in any gear... as the RPMs start to decline, the pathy will jump a little bit. No real increase in RPM it just acts as if it hit a forcefield or something haha. Just kind of kicks a little bit.

Has anyone experienced this? I am thinking it could be the o2 sensors... I recently replaced the air filter, distributor, did an oil change, getting ready to flush transmission and diff (replacing current fluid with redline)...
