They refer to it as the "death wobble." It's often caused by rear suspension link bushings that have split. Polyurethane bushings are available if you are going the "replace bushings" route, but they can be a bit of a pain. I usually go with new links from Dorman which you can pick up @ Rockauto.com and have a lifetime warranty. One note: often the bolts will seize to the metal sleeves inside the bushings which may necessitate having to cut the links out, rather than just unbolt them. I would recommend you get new bolts and nuts from Nissan. Of course, the entire suspension should be inspected before doing anything to be sure what needs to be addressed. If you are replacing shocks, KYB Gas-a-justs and Bilstein HD's are good options.
