Sunroof Repair Kit

Postby N00DLES566 » Mon Nov 21, 2016 10:47 am

1st post. So, thanks in advance for any replies.

I'm having trouble locating the now discontinued part I need in order to fix the sunroof on my 98 Pathfinder. The part # is 91350-0w020. All of the websites I've checked that show to have it "Available" have said it's been discontinued and not available when asked about purchasing the it. I've also asked a both Courtesy and Fenton about this part and they weren't much help either.

Any ideas on other areas to check?

A lot of body and trim parts (with the exception of sheet metal, like fenders) can start to be hard to find once you get around the ten year mark. Most of the sunroof parts in the catalog are listed as "low inventory," which often means no longer in stock or discontinued. The "kit" was essentially the left and right, rear guide assemblies. The only thing I can suggest is removing the entire sunroof assembly, cleaning and lubing it, and see if it works. The other route would be to locate an entire sunroof assembly in a salvage yard that is in working condition. They seem to run between $200-$350. This site might be helpful in locating one used:

Ok. I was thinking that may be my best option at this point. Thanks for the site link. I'll check it out and see if I can figure something out.

Postby CJ_More » Sat Dec 03, 2016 2:42 pm

Pulling up christmas items and realized I have a new in box 91350-0W020.

I purchased it 6/13 to repair wife's 1999. It took nearly 2 months to receive it. In between time car was in a hail storm that totalled it out and I never installed.

It's posted on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/322348499102?ss ... 1555.l2649

If you don't want to ebay hit me up at [email protected] we can work out something

Wow! Really? Almost seems a little too good to be true. How much would you take for it?
