temp gauge reading

Newbie here...01 3.5l path ...just bought it....needing to know where the temp gauge should be reading. Mine is right at the top of the half mark when driving, is that about normal? And if anyone knows, what the temp is for the t-stat and and if anyone knows what the temp number is for the half mark on the temp gauge?

mine is always at the 5th bar starting from the bottom (coldest)... can't help for the rest... I guess I could plug my obd2 software on it and could tell you what is the temp at this bar.... give me a couple of days and i'll do it..

Yep, mine is at the 5th little bar as well. Just gettin use to this thing. I had a 97 Path that all I did was drive it for 5 years and reg maint and that was it. Hoping I have the same luck with this one.
