Will Engine Codes Clear?

I just changed the cam sensors on my '03 Pathfinder. Will the related codes clear automatically or do I need to get someone to attach a code reader and clear the codes? Is it OK to drive before the codes clear?

By the way, the codes were P0011 Cam Shaft Position Actuator Bank 1 Over-advanced and P0021 Cam Shaft Position Actuator Bank 2 Over-advanced .
