I'm guessing where you mounted that intake, you're not planning on water crossings. ;)

turbo setup

Postby duttyo26 » Mon Oct 08, 2012 10:03 pm

Hey, I was wondering if you could post some more info regarding your turbo setup. Your setup is pretty sick. I'm thinking about doing the same. Thanks

turbo setup

Postby duttyo26 » Tue Oct 09, 2012 12:39 pm

Hey thanks for the link. I saw all of the picts you posted. I would really appreciate it - when you have some time - if you could post some close up of the manifold from underneath the car. I thought the turbo was connected to only one cylinder bank but yours is connected to all two. Thanks in advance.

No problem man. Right now, Im waiting for my engine to be installed with forged pistons and rods. Hopefully maximum one more month assuming delay but im praying for 2 weeks max.

Be sure to register at that other forum since I post mostly everything there since this one is a little slow.

This is sick! Not the best platform for the cash spent, but it's awesome to see people do unique things. I'm really into modding my cars, and it gets old seeing everyone mod the same types of cars all the time, so i'm all for it. I am going to look into powder coating my wheels now for sure on my pathy and subaru WRX.

It would be a great platform if it had better brakes and transmission because the handling is great! Hopefully my next mod would be bigger brakes. Thanks for the comment :)
