2001 Pathfinder Sunroof Delete?

Please excuse me if this topic has been covered already.

I have recenently become an owner of a 2001 Pathfinder LE, which I like very much other than the lack headroom (particulary for rear passengers).

Would it be possible to deactivate my sunroof and replace the existing headliner with the headliner from a non-sunroof equiped Pathfinder?

What does the track system for the sunroof under the headliner look like?
