3.3L Swap from Xterra?

I am a newbie here and to the Pathfinder in general.

I just bought my first. 1997 SE 4WD AT 3.3L

I need a new engine, this one came with half of one, no kidding.

I know someone local that has a 2004 Xterra 3.3L engine in great shape.

My question is will be a direct fit and work or will I need other things? ECU, harness etc.

All help greatly appreciated.
