'99 Pathfinder

Hey yall,

I have the option of getting a 99 Nissan Pathfinder LE for basically free (used to be my mom's car), it has nothing done to it and drives fairly well. I wanted to turn it into a better vehicle cause I love the car, but it has about 200k miles on it... I was just curious if it is even worth starting on, as in does it have that much life left in it? Also, since it is quite used, what are some things that I could start looking into to further see the condition of the car?
