What this part called? Where to buy?

I bought a 2001 Pathfinder SE. I am very happy with it. The only thing seems to be missing are the two panels next to the fog lights. See attached picture. The picture is not my car, I just found it on the internet for demonstration purpose. Can anyone tell me what it is called and where I can buy them online? Thanks.

your not missing anything thats the stock look. my truck has the same as well and i was concerned also until i noticed other pathfinders with the same appearence
