03 pathfinder engine codes p0113, & p1490

Hello everyone,

I did an engine swap about 4 months ago. My 03 pathfinder now has an 04 pathfinder engine with about 45,000 miles on it. After the engine swap I've been getting engine codes P0113, and P1490. The scanner also prints out the same codes saying that they are "pending". I'm very confused as I can't seem to find anyway to fix these codes. They seem to be high circuit outputs and stuff like that. A mechanic thought it was the idle air control valve. It is idleing poorly! I bought one for around $200.00 and according to my haynes and chilton books, 03 and later pathfinders do not have these.

P0113= Intake air temperature sensor circuit high input
P1490= Vacuum cut bypass valve or circuit fault

Not really sure how to fix these. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
