Intake Timing Control Sensor Bank #1

2001 Pathy - 90,500 miles. SES light has been on for quite some time. Nissan dealer (Virginia Beach) wanted $341 to fix it. I have the part and was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on how much it 'should' cost to install. Any additional information on this part/repair would be appreciated.

ALSO - I'm the original owner and am looking at getting the 90K mile tune up. Pathy has original timing belt, never had AC or other fluids changed, etc. What 'should' be done at this point.

Haven't had any problems and don't want any. Figure I'll be paying some $$$ for this tune up - but would rather do it now instead of something happening later.
