Valve cover Gasket grommets.

I have a 2000 Pathfinder LE. Need to install new valve cover gaskets. My question is: do I (or should I) replace the (18) rubber grommets that go between the bolts and valve covers? The ones I have appear to be in good shape. The grommets cost $42 at Advance Auto if purchased individually, or an extra $19 if purchased as a kit with the valve cover gasket.
