Making your own clear corner/combination lights

I want the corner lights on my 03 pathfinder to be clear and before I bought them I wanted to know if it was possible to make them.

How much are the clear corners?

My drivers side OEM tab has broken, and it seems like locally they want too much for one side, so wondering if I should buy the clear corners.
