Removing rear window wiper arm?

Any one have any experience or advice on how to get the wiper arm off its post on the hatch back of my 1996 Pathfinder.

I've popped the cap and removed the bolt but it doesn't want to come off. Does it need to be rotated? pulled straight off?

I usually just push the wiper arm in and out until it breaks loose on the stud and then it'll come right off.

had the same problem and unable to remove stuck screw. Will try that way then and give it a paint job. THx
