Electronic Climate control on R50s? Can you switch over from

Postby borninabarn » Thu Dec 06, 2012 5:40 pm

Hey Guys,
On my 2002 Pathfinder I have the stock manual climate control. If I could find? a Electronic Climate Control with the led display.Could I take my manual one out and swap them out? Question is are all the electric plugs you need to hook it up behind there taped up on the wire harness somewhere so a person can do what I am talking about? Thanks in advance for your correct answers.Born

Does anyone know if the wire plugs and what you need to hook up an electric climate control are behind the manual climate control to switch them out?

I would expect the main harness to be different, as well as the heater box, at a minimum, plus you would need to install the sensors, blower amp and control head. I would think it would be whole lot of headache. Manual systems are a lot less headache to work on, as well, when the develope problems.
