What was he thinking? "Hmmm here's a torch, a welder, and a couple cases of beer....what to do today...."

Seems like fitment around that back door is pretty amateurish. I've seen crazier things.....and I don't want one!

Ha! That's such an odd thing to do considering the Frontier exists.

Marwan,

Good to see you on the forum. That's crazy what happened to that pathfinder. I don't want one.

too many people here with time on their hands.
I've seen Range Rovers, Landcruisers, and Patrols among others that have done the same.

google "Rainbow Sheikh" when you get some time to kill and check out his "inventions" and his car collections. the guy is a master mechanic and does most of the designs and work himself, despite being an eccentric quadzillionare.

Ive seen a few 4Runners and Cherokees which have done this as well, but, like you said, this doesn't seem like a clean 'chop'

I have been contemplating doing this to my 4Runner - sort of make it look like a Hilux. Here are a couple which I have bookmarked:

I'm guessing the 4 door Tacomas weren't available back in 2007. LOL!
