I have a couple brake lines that are leaking, I am almost positive that they are the hard lines. Does anyone know what size they are? I am thinking of buying a whole spool of brake line and going to town.

The brake line is 4.75MM, which is the same as 3/16-inch. The brake line nuts and fittings are most likely 10Mx1.0. I would recommend 90/10 copper/nickel brake line. It bends easily and it doesn't rust and you can buy it "by the roll."

Would this kit work?

https://www.amazon.com/Copper-Nickel-Tubing-CN-316-Fittings/dp/B00VVIQM34/ref=sr_1_30?keywords=brake+line+fittings+3%2F16+metric+10mm&qid=1575392110&s=automotive&sr=1-30

Also, Is it safe to assume it is just a standard double flare on the lines? I mean, I guess I will find out when I remove them, but all I have is an SAE Flare kit

Yes, that should work, and double-flared fittings.
