What are these called?

I want to look this part up to see what the cost is online. I know it is part of the Strut and Shocks, but I only need to replace these donut looking things and NOT the whole shock and strut.

What do you call these?

I believe you're referring to the strut mounting bearing. They allow the strut to pivot when the wheels are turned.

It's the strut bearing. You can get it from Rockauto.com for about $10 each (KYB).
